These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all orders for the purchase of products (“Products”) by you (“Buyer,” “you,” or “your”) from Tè di Gio (“Seller,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including orders placed through our website located at [tedigio.com] (the “Site”).
By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not place an order or use the Site.
1. Formation of Contract; Right to Reject or Cancel Orders
Any order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase Products subject to these Terms. Seller may accept or reject any order in its sole discretion. Acceptance occurs only upon shipment of the Products.
Seller reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or discontinue Products without prior notice. Any automated confirmation or order acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance.
2. Eligibility and Personal Use Only
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that Products are purchased solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Resale, redistribution, or commercial use of Products is strictly prohibited without Seller’s express written permission.
3. Pricing and Product Information
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Product descriptions, images, packaging, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly due to sourcing, seasonal variation, or production changes.
Seller reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders arising from such errors.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Seller accepts payment through third-party payment processors. Seller does not store full payment information.
5. Taxes, Shipping, and Delivery
Applicable sales taxes will be added at checkout where required by law. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed prior to purchase.
Delivery dates are estimates only. Seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond Seller’s reasonable control.
Risk of loss passes to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Inspection and Claims
Buyer must inspect Products promptly upon receipt. Any claim for damaged, defective, or incorrect Products must be submitted in writing to [contact email] within five (5) days of delivery. Failure to provide timely notice constitutes a waiver of all claims.
Seller’s sole obligation and Buyer’s exclusive remedy shall be replacement of the affected Product or, at Seller’s discretion, a refund.
7. Returns
Due to the consumable nature of our Products, returns are not accepted as a matter of right. Any return requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require Seller’s prior written approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
8. No Medical Advice; Disclaimer of Warranties
Statements on the Site and Product packaging have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Time Limitation on Claims
Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or Products must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, or such claim shall be permanently barred.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, branding, logos, packaging designs, and visual materials, is the exclusive property of Seller and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

You may use the Site solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation, access non-public systems, scrape data, or use automated tools without express authorization.
